Will this fit my device?

What is the difference between F1 and F2 terminals?

F1 tabs are 0.187 in (4.75 mm) wide; F2 tabs are 0.250 in (6.35 mm). The connectors on your device's leads are sized for one or the other, so match the tab width on your old battery. This battery has F2 terminals.

How often should it be replaced?

Sealed lead-acid batteries in standby equipment such as alarm panels, fire panels and UPS units are typically replaced every 3–5 years, or sooner if the system reports a low battery or fails its load test. The date code on the label shows when the battery was made.

Can I use a battery with more amp-hours?

Usually, if the voltage, case size and terminals match: more amp-hours means longer runtime. Check that it fits the compartment and that your charger can recharge it in the time your system requires.
